POLA and POLB delay Container Dwell Fee for consideration until December 27

This follows previous joint announcements by POLA and POLB, whom collectively account for roughly 40% of United States-bound import volumes, indicating that consideration of the fee would be pushed back until November 22 and subsequently November 29, December 6, December 13, and December 20.
