National weekly diesel average falls for the first time in three weeks, reports EIA

With an 8.3-cent decrease, the national average fell to $4.539 per gallon, which was preceded by a 1.8-cent increase, to $4.622 per gallon, for the week of January 30 and an 8.0-cent increase, to $4.604, for the week of January 23, with a 2.5-cent decline, to $4.524, for the week of January 16.
